Magnificent Magazine!

Yea! Thank you Amy for taking pictures of these and posting them! I will print you out a new cover page! :o) AND THANK YOU 100 TIMES OVER for letting me use your SWEET pictures!

This was my final project in my Graphic Design class. I had to use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign to create a Magazine spread! I honestly wish I could have done more, but with the limited time I allowed myself on the project (over 40 hours) this was all I could get done! It only took that long because I kept having to convert my file from home & school which kept messing with my fonts. In fact...the last conversion messed with my cover page fonts and I didn't realize it until after I printed...twice. BUGGER! So I'll make sure to fix that when I re-print! :o)

And thank you to all of my friends who have the cute kids that Amy took pictures of! Also, thank you Rachel for your help and support and teaching me more cool photoshop tricks! :o)

4.0

Here's reason to celebrate! I got a 4.0 Spring Semester at UVU! I was taking 5 classes that equaled 17 credits! I was so extremely thrilled because I worked my tail off for those grades! However, my house suffered immensely from neglect, and my husband and children were more than ready to have my full attention again! :o)
I am incredibly lucky to have my family support and help me out so I can accomplish my dreams! Thanks for the babysitters and late night calls and the hugs & kisses! I am grateful for you all!
I was signed up for summer classes, then I thought "ARE YOU NUTS!" As were you all, I'm sure! So I dropped the classes and I am looking forward to this summer to have more fun time with my family!
I started a weight loss program and have already dropped a pant size! I have gotten control of the messes in my house! I have had two weeks to play with my sister! Austin and Jackson are having a blast on all our adventures (mostly shopping trips...but hey! they're out of the house!)
We are planning sleepovers with family, camping trips, swim lessons and family reunions! We are looking forward to all the fun things we get to do! Robert and I even get to go to the STADIUM OF FIRE!
YEA! Summer of 2008 is going to ROCK!
